    Hi there – I’m Kristy Russ.

My knees were absolutely throbbing all day long and I started having sleep issues where I would wake up in the middle of the night for no particular reason and not be able to get back to sleep – so frustrating (and didn’t help the exhaustion). I also started having typical “female hormonal issues”. Ugh! Holy mood swings – my poor family – not the type of wife and mother I knew I could be.

     

    I was shocked and frustrated, because I was “doing all the right things”. The way I was feeling and the reflection in the mirror was a complete disconnect to the person that I am. And what really freaked me out was that I had seen my situation enough times in the pharmacy to know where this was heading.
